Quick answers to what devotees usually ask us by email.

Can I book darshan, rooms or sevas through you?

No. We do not take bookings of any kind and we do not sell tickets. Please book only on the official TTD website, the TTDevasthanams app or at TTD counters.

How soon will I get a reply?

We usually reply within two working days. During Brahmotsavam, Vaikunta Ekadasi and other busy festival days it can take a little longer, as many devotees write to us at the same time.

Someone is selling darshan tickets using your name. What do I do?

Please do not pay them. We never sell tickets, never call devotees and never ask for money. Send us their phone number, website or social media link through the form so we can warn other devotees and report it.

Will you ask for my Aadhaar, OTP or bank details?

Never. Do not share these with anyone who says they are from this site. Your name and email are all we need to reply to you.

My TTD payment failed or I need a refund. Can you help?

We cannot see or change any TTD booking. For failed payments, refunds or booking changes, please contact TTD directly through the help and contact details given on the official TTD website or app.

Can I ask you questions about my trip?

Yes. If something on our pages is not clear, such as which darshan suits your parents or how to reach Tirumala, write to us and we will try to help from our own experience.

Can I suggest a page or share my own Tirumala experience?

Yes, we would love that. Choose "Suggest a new page" in the form and tell us what would have helped you on your trip. Real experiences from devotees help us write better pages.

I want a photo removed or credited. How do I ask?

Choose "Photo credit or removal" in the form, share the page link and tell us which photo is yours. We will add your credit or remove it quickly.
